The Product
Background
There are many communication apps in the market to connect people easily. (FB messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, Zoom...) and users need to change apps based on the preference of users and needs. (group phone calls, texts, video call)
However, confidentiality is questionable to keep the communication safe.
This product is invitation-only, to communicate easily and securely within existing communities and organizations.
With the product vision developed by the Product Manager, my responsibility was to make the product ready for the initial release through developing experience and interface and validating overall usability.
